Investment in Asia

Asia is the one of the most interesting developmental area in the world.

So, this column is about Market aspects of Asia!

And Japanese market in these days.

First, Major markets.

Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo, Mumbai, and Singapore.

These markets are very popular.

HongKong and Singapore are especially treating with international shares.

Singapore is also familiar with Oil and Commodities.

Although Mumbai and Tokyo are very large stock exchange, they concentrate more local.

India has big market in Delhi, Japan has also Osaka.

but Mumbai and Tokyo are most popular.

Second, Bank.

Yes, bank rates are static, safety, and boring?

In some developmental countries, it’s different…!

Mongol and Philippines banks are high rates.

Of course I can’t take responsibility,

but it looking like more safety than stocks.

(Yep, Please check with your eyes.)

Finally, Japanese markets.

I don’t recommend.

I am Japanse and invester in Japanese stocks about 10 years.

Even if, If I could invest another country more easily, I would do it. lol

1.”Kabushiki Mochiai” Custom .

It means companies(or Bank) has each stocks statically, like a communism.

2.Management

Japanese company have far more management people than U.S. or other countries.

They almost don’t have high academic degrees like Master or Doctor.

Most of them are old traditional company men of 50-70 old.

I don’t know whether good or bad, just so homogeneous.

3. Cashin’Cashing Country.

Since the 1970s , Japanese economic strategy is just one.

Cashing money from far from future and use it wildly

without thinking cost-benefit analysis.

However, If Japanese Gov took these strategies,

Major free trade, or Major Immigrants, or

Separates between Gov and Company and deregulation,

I recommend to buy at that time.

But at now, There is still no plan in Japan. and too high from entity.

Precisely, there are barely changes day by day, they’re just not critical at all.

I suppose Indian stocks is pretty better.

Their markets are domestic and static, but progressive and steadily!

Only long term, Chinese stocks are I think also still good and more ascend.

repeatedly saying, only long term. lol
